My whole family got strep and I was sick for two weeks….felt like two months lol so I’m a little behind in posting.  Here’s a nice big catch up post of some of the babies and bellies that came to see me in February.  This weekend I’ll be doing 30-ish baby chick sessions (27 of them are minis) so I’ll be hibernating with my computer all next week plus doing lots of rescheduled sessions so the blog will be a little quiet….but there will be tons of Easter cuteness coming up so stay tuned

 

Calling all mamas!  I’m SO excited to introduce our new option for baby’s first year!  I was going to announce it our next newsletter but I just couldn’t wait and I have so many babies being born that I didn’t want anyone to miss out either .  I’ve been asked for some sort of club every since I reopened in 2010 with our new digital only pricing format.  However this all digi idea took off way faster than I anticipated and last year as of May we were booked out for the whole year.  There was no way I could have had any clubs because I wouldn’t have been able to get anyone in!  Back in the day my watch me grow club was my favorite thing I offered and I’m just thrilled to be offering it again!  If you’ve just been in to me in the last few months for a newborn session and would like to join just send me an email at jenniferjphoto@aol.com to join at an adjusted rate.  Between the babies I’ve already seen this year and the ones left to be born on my due date list we’re up to almost 40….I’m VERY excited about the idea of being able to watch many of these babies grow during their first year!

Babies, bellies and birthdays oh my!  These two sweeties came in to model some hats for me…I was so blessed by hat and headband vendors all at once I had to call in for reinforcements to help me get everything modeled!!  I also thought I’d show off the first dozen babies of the year (with another 26 coming on our due date list so far for this year!)

January has been a fun and busy month- this week in particular had me having flash backs to my Christmas season lol!  We had four new babies in the studio this week so stay tuned for their showcases soon.  I’ve also been working with several vendors and I’ll be doing some vendor highlights here soon!  As always if you want to see the latest session sneak peeks find us on Facebook!

January’s Vintage Angel Mini Sessions

 

I get asked from time to time if I have a Maternity/Newborn package and because I like to keep my pricing menu very simple I’ve not done any special baby club etc.  I’ve had an unusually high volume of requests for a maternity/newborn session package in the last month so for the month of January I’m going to do a Belly 2 Baby special.  The Belly 2 Baby special will include  a maternity half session and a newborn full session when both are booked at the same time.  You do not have to be due or needing your maternity session done in January….the special is just running for the month of January

Belly 2 Baby special :

a half hour maternity session with 10-15 full resolution images

A newborn two hour session with 30 full resolution images and a set of 30 4×6 prints

The price will be 375.00 with 100.00  due at the time of booking to reserve both sessions.

If you are already scheduled with a maternity or newborn session and would like to take advantage of this special just call or email me and we’ll switch!

Today’s set is for the girls!  This is my blue paisley that is probably my number one request for little girls!

 

Today’s set is the “grey damask”.  Beautiful for maternities, families, and dressed up little girls!

I thought maybe I’d do some posts on the different sets I have available which will help when planning out your session with me!  The is our blue/brown wood set that was new this fall.  As you can see it worked great with pumpkins but I found a few to add in that didn’t have pumpkins too!  This set works great for girls or boys and I’ve even done a few maternity sessions with it too!

 

Here is the new set I was working hard on late into the night last night!  This will be available just in time for the vintage angel mini sessions coming up.  I’ll have a couple of backdrops set up that day for you to choose from and this one is just perfect with the gold angel wings.  I have new pink angel wings available this year too of course but I wanted something new for the gold ones as well   By the way I still have three spots available for the Vintage Angel mini sessions: a 9:15, a 9:45 and a 10:15!  You can see the details HERE!

I’ve been getting lots of calls/bookings for maternity sessions so I thought I’d post a session from this fall where this mama to be did a great job with her outfits and brought the cutest wraps.  I thought it might give some of you coming in for a maternity session some ideas!
