Miss Giana was as sweet as pie and was happy to let mom get all of the special poses she requested!

January has been a fun and busy month- this week in particular had me having flash backs to my Christmas season lol!  We had four new babies in the studio this week so stay tuned for their showcases soon.  I’ve also been working with several vendors and I’ll be doing some vendor highlights here soon!  As always if you want to see the latest session sneak peeks find us on Facebook!

January’s Vintage Angel Mini Sessions

 

This is one of my favorite recent sessions, happy kids, adorable outfits….couldn’t be any cuter if they tried!

I didn’t forget….I’ve just had other cute things to show lately .  Here’s another set, the “rustic red barnwood”.  We got this just before Christmas this year and as can see it made an adorable Christmas set but it’s also a great set for girls or boys and photographs beautifully!

My first little newborn of the year, he was such a sweetie and let us have all kinds of fun!  My favorite is the one of him in dad’s hands…check out that expression!

 

This sweet pea came for her session and decided she was too sleepy to smile….so she went home for a bit took a nap and came back and was MUCH happier….naps are so important

I get asked from time to time if I have a Maternity/Newborn package and because I like to keep my pricing menu very simple I’ve not done any special baby club etc.  I’ve had an unusually high volume of requests for a maternity/newborn session package in the last month so for the month of January I’m going to do a Belly 2 Baby special.  The Belly 2 Baby special will include  a maternity half session and a newborn full session when both are booked at the same time.  You do not have to be due or needing your maternity session done in January….the special is just running for the month of January

Belly 2 Baby special :

a half hour maternity session with 10-15 full resolution images

A newborn two hour session with 30 full resolution images and a set of 30 4×6 prints

The price will be 375.00 with 100.00  due at the time of booking to reserve both sessions.

Little Conner was the last newborn for 2011.  He was due to arrive in January but decided he’d rather come the day after Christmas instead!

Today’s set is for the girls!  This is my blue paisley that is probably my number one request for little girls!

 

Whew!!  I made it blogging every day except for one since October.  I have to say it was only in this last week or so that it really became habit and while I can’t promise daily posts I think you’ll see more of me here .  I thought I would start off the new year by showing off all of my 2011 newborns.  Just for fun the other day I decided to go back and count and I came up with 61!  Since I only had this idea the other day it’s very possible that I’m missing a baby here and there so if yours isn’t there tell me!  I was surprised that the number was *only* 61….it’s a big and exciting number but I would have guessed closer to 100….it sure felt like that many lol!  I will say based on our current 2012 due date list we are set to go way over that number for this year!  I often get asked what my favorite type of session is and it’s for sure newborns.  You may have heard me say if I could be holed up every day with a newborn I’d be a happy girl….and it’s so true!
