Here’s another featured session, I’ve had LOTS of first birthday’s celebrated here lately and so far the girls are winning, where are all the little guys turning one?  Abby came in for a half session for her first birthday.  Here’s a slideshow to show you all of the images Abby’s mom will be enjoying on her cd, even with the half hour session you can see we get a great variety!

Have you ever wondered what a whole session looks like?  From time to time I’ll be featuring sessions to show you what a typical session looks like.  A lot of people have never used a custom photographer and it’s hard to imagine what 30 different pictures look like!  Here is a recent newborn session, click on the link to take you to her slideshow.  This is what they received on their image cd!

I LOVE when clients bring fun things with them.  I’ve been looking around for a hat like this and every time I go to shop on etsy.com I just get overwhelmed with all the cuteness that I end up freezing and not buying anything.  Pretty sure I need a bear hat though!  See more of Ella on the facebook fan page!

I don’t know what it is about red haired kids but oh my goodness I love them!  Audrey was a typical one year old, far to busy to be bothered with taking pictures but she gave us some great smiles and we got some great pictures despite her busy schedule!  See more of her on the facebook fan page!

When mom called to book his session she said she wanted to do something with food because when people look at him they say he’s so sweet you could just eat him right up!  And really…he is…check out that hair would ya?  So I thought apples would be perfect with the season and he was perfectly content to hang out with a basket and some apples!  See more of Jackson on the facebook fan page!

Don’t forget to take advantage of the September half session special….book a session back to back with a friend and have your half session outside instead of in the studio!  This cute bunch used their special with family and by having the sessions overlapping we did a couple of cousin shots!  See lots more of them on the facebook fan page!

Admit it, she kind of makes you want a baby right?  She was an absolute champ, slept perfectly and let us do just about whatever we wanted!  You can see lots more of her on the facebook fan page and while you’re there vote for August’s cutest picture!

If you’ve been to the studio and seen the picture of the sisters with their heads close together here they are a few years later….and still every bit as pretty!!  For this session we went to Augustana College.  I love it there, I’ve only ever done weddings and seniors there but it’s a great place for a family session too!
